Approved pricing logic
$99 covers mailing sort plus simple standard 12 × 18 or 12 × 19 cut-and-stack digital imposition for 1–5,000 records. Above 5,000 records, add $0.01 per record. The first CSV is included; additional CSVs are $25 each. Each requested DDU/entry-point drop is $25. Database work outside normal included preparation is $75/hour after approval. Estimates are subject to file and postal review. Postage, printing, transportation and unapproved custom work are excluded.
CSV column headers across files must match or have clear mapping directions. Unclear or complex mapping is reviewed as database work before chargeable work begins.
